Storyteller Workshop
Facilitated by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, this workshop is designed to be a safe, comfortable space for anyone who self-identifies as living with disability to tease out their own stories and create something they will be proud to share.
This workshop is funded by the Disability Alliance of BC (DABC).
Registration is open for the workshop that will be held on Sep 27th & Oct 4th 2025.
Wellness Recovery Action Plan
WRAP is an evidence-based personal relapse prevention plan that supports participants with developing their own personal wellness plan, and by recognizing stressors and early warning signs.
The next WRAP will start on June 10th 1:30PM-4PM and will end on July 22nd.

Peer Support Training
Funded by the Disability Alliance of BC, this online training will cover many skills that one needs to be an effective peer support worker and support people in a way that encourages their self-determination while building a sense of trust and safety. This training is free and is open to anyone who self-identifies as living with a disability.

Therapeutic Photography
Learn basic photography skills using smartphone to share your unique mental health journey.
The next workshop will be held on June 30, July 7, 14, and 21, 2025 4:30PM – 6:30PM.
