This new facilitated art group is for members of the mental health and substance use community to find support for their wellness using their creative expression. Art skills are not required but rather the ability to know and express yourself through various media such as pencil, ink and paint. Through individual and group work, participants will find opportunities to express themselves and may find some peace of mind and positive emotions that come while creating art. Registration is not required. This drop-in group meets once a month on the 2nd Monday of every month from 11:00am to 12:30pm.
